What is khichdi?

khichdi is an Indian dish. it is the most eating food, and it is made of rice and pulses with some tasty spices.

  1.  you can wash the rice and moong pulses.
  2. you can add some water to the pressure cooker.
  3. add the salt and spice by your mindset that how much you have the pulses.
  4. then, add the washed pulse and rise in cooker water. Also, you can add some tomatoes and chilies.
  5. to close the cooker cap.
  6. start the gas of the stove.
  7. and wait sometimes like 15-20 minutes.
  8. after that time, open the cap of the cooker. you can see that your khichdi is ready.
